Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets forth the rules governing your use of the AgentRoot services provided by Vitro Technology Corporation (“Vitro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Texas C Corporation (PO Box 66224, Austin, TX 78766).

This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access.

1. Acceptable Use

Permitted uses include:

  • Proxying API keys for your own AI agents through our infrastructure
  • Creating and managing EAS attestations on Ethereum
  • Developing, testing, and operating AI agents in compliance with applicable laws

2. Prohibited Uses

General Prohibitions

  • Violating applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmitting defamatory, obscene, abusive, or hateful material
  • Promoting illegal activities including fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation
  • Spam or unsolicited solicitations
  • Interfering with the Services or third-party APIs

Technical and Security Prohibitions

  • Reverse-engineering proxy infrastructure or EAS integration
  • Circumventing security features, rate limits, or access controls
  • Introducing malicious code
  • Unauthorized automated access
  • Denial-of-service attacks
  • Unauthorized vulnerability scanning

API Key and Proxy-Specific Prohibitions

  • Proxying unauthorized API keys
  • Bypassing third-party rate limits or authentication
  • Exposing or sharing proxied credentials beyond what is necessary
  • High-risk activities without appropriate human oversight

Blockchain and Root-of-Trust Prohibitions

  • False or fraudulent EAS attestations
  • Manipulating or forging attestations or onchain data
  • Violating Ethereum network rules

AI Agent-Specific Prohibitions

  • Deploying agents that engage in harmful, deceptive, or unethical behavior
  • Infringing third-party IP rights via model training or operation
  • Operating agents that could cause real-world harm without safety alignments

3. Enforcement

We may: issue warnings, suspend or terminate access, remove configurations, or report violations to authorities.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for your AI agents and all account activity
  • Maintain security of credentials, API keys, and private keys
  • Promptly report suspected breaches to legal@vitro.io
  • Comply with third-party API terms

5. No Waiver; Reservation of Rights

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

6. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, consistent with our Terms of Service.
