This Privacy Policy explains how Vitro Technology Corporation (“Vitro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Texas C Corporation (PO Box 66224, Austin, TX 78766), collects, uses, and discloses information when you use AgentRoot services (API proxy for AI agents with EAS/Ethereum root of trust).

We respect your privacy and comply with applicable U.S. laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) where it applies. We do not sell personal data.

Account Information: Name, email, billing details, and other identifiers you provide.
Usage and Technical Data: IP address, device information, browser details, and logs of proxy requests.
API and Proxy Data: API keys stored encrypted at rest in HashiCorp Vault (AES-256-GCM). Request/response payloads are processed transiently and are not stored. Proxy request metadata is logged for audit and debugging.
Blockchain Data: EAS attestation data is publicly visible and immutable on the blockchain. Ethereum wallet addresses used for SIWE authentication are collected.
Other: Communications with us, feedback, or aggregated analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate and improve the Services, including proxying API calls and managing subscriptions.
For account administration, billing, security, and customer support.
To send service-related notices and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with service providers (under confidentiality obligations), in business transfers, or when required by law. EAS/Ethereum interactions make some data public on the blockchain.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no system is impenetrable.

We retain personal data only as long as needed. Onchain data is immutable and retained indefinitely by the public blockchain.
